The small and very simple Jaunbornes St. Cross Catholic Church was built in 1859. at will of Polish landlord Julius Savickis. In 1890. it was rebuilt. In 1921. it was renewed. It is interesting for art admirers, the most interesting things are - woodcarving of organ prospectus, which, maybe, is a part of mannerism style from Elernes Church's furnishing. Around the church is churchyard. The centre place of it take burials of family Savickis.

Dubnas Jesus Heart parochial chapel (Varsavena) was built in 1800. as peculiar octagonal wooden building with elongation in the part of altar. This is the only one kind of such a cult building in Daugavpils district.

It was formed at the end of 19. century. The estate castle was placed in the centre of village in our days (behind the first study building of Višķu professional secondary school, in the direction of pond). It was castle with 2 towers. After the 1. World War the building burnt. It belonged to Hermanis and Liticija Moļi. In their possession was 18 half estates with 4000 ha earth. The earth was rented or it was in possession of landlords. Till our days are stayed barn, cattleshed, two storied dwelling house, where for a long years was study building of Višķi agricultural technical school.

It is located in the district Vecsaliena in the centre of pine forest, not far from the left bank of Daugava. In the dim past was here the small wooden church, which someone Latvian bondman with the help of raft brought it from Russia. The church was burnt down several times, but always restored. At the beginning it belonged to catholic parish, but in the second half of 18. century Catholics gave it to Lutheran. But for this they received the Church of Elerne. It was built in 1819. Near the church is placed Muravku old Lutheran cemetary with the old monuments.

The chapel was built at the end of 19. century. It is built from sills, plated with horizontal planks. There is high bell-tower, which is covererd with four-sided roof. The windows are decorated with jamb, which is ornamented with woodcuts.

Jezufovas (Jezupovas) St. Peter and Pavil Roman Catholic Church was started in 1934. and finished in 1961. After the church's building it was taken away and given to organize a club. In 1989. the church was given back to parish.

The bridge over small river Poguļanka (Saliena) was built at the end of 19. century. It was built of hewed boulders. The height of arch is 5.2 m , the length is 5.5, the width is 4.6 m. The bridge is local architectural and engineering monument. It is one of the few bridges of this type, which is stayed in good condition in Daugavpils region.

For Vaboles district is characteristic that here was and also now is the biggest number of crucifixes in Latvia. After 20. century 40.years a lot of them were destroyed. From the 44 crucifixes are stayed only 29. In the 80. - 90. the people of village started the restoration of crucifixes. In 1998. Skrindu museum restored 2 crucifixes for the resources of Ministry of Culture. Thanks to fund of Cultural Capital the work on the restoration of crucifixes continues.

Lielbornes master's house is now very uncared. From the others astate buldings are stayed also the old castle and houshold buildings. From the near mill are stayed only ruins. In the print album of V.Z. Stāfenhāgens is seen view of Lielbornes estate. In this time master's house consists of three parts -old castle, connection parts and new castle. The old castle could be building of 18. century. It is two storied with steep gabled roof. On the facade are seen pilasters. The connection part is one-storied. Then follows building, which was built at the beginning of 19. century in the style of Classicism. The projection with triangle gable and balcony above porch give accent to the centre of the house. On the front of building curls the way. Its side is fenced, but not far is prospect place, because from the high mountain, where was placed the centre of estate, is beautiful prospect over the fields, farmers' houses and Daugava. These beautiful places mentioned also H. Heine in his itineraries.

The wooden building of Laucesas St. Peter and Pavil Roman Catholic Church was built 1921. - 1923., on the place of the wooden church, which was built in 1797., but burnt down in 1920.
