There are 4 houses. "Pazust Latgalē" is a modern and authentic farmstead with three identical summer houses and a "Garage house". The houses are located on the shore of Lake Ildza. Each window of the house overlooks the lake. Each house is equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, thoughtful details. Without Wifi and TV. Terrace, grill, playground. Opportunity to use the black (smoke) sauna, swimming area, ride on the lake with a rowing boat or SUP board.

Guests are offered 4 wooden cabins (each with 5 beds) on the shore of Lake Jazinka. The minimum booking period is 2 nights. Each cabin has a kitchen with dishes and appliances, a toilet, bed linen, and towels. The buildings do not have an electricity connection; energy is generated with solar panels. Each cabin has a terrace. The spacious area is perfect for walks in the forest, and Lake Velnezers is nearby. The cabins are arranged to provide guests with maximum privacy and tranquility. Guests also have access to a sauna, rowing boat, and SUP boards. An outdoor shelter is available for seminars or retreats. Nature trail included. A pet-friendly location.

For accommodation, a large holiday house suitable for 14 people is offered, as well as two small holiday cottages for a small family or a group of 4 people. The large holiday house has 2 floors, with the large living room on the 1st floor and smaller room with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels). On the 2nd floor there are beds for 7-8 people. All beds are equipped with bed linen and towels. The house has a fireplace, terrace, arbour, tables, swings and a barbecue grill. The small holiday house has a double bed, a sofa, a chair and a table. In one corner is a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, dish towels. The terrace has a table with chairs and a large umbrella in case of bad weather. The main advantage of the house is a beautiful view from the terrace to the pond and the whole area.

Total number of places: 19 (in the winter season – 9 places), with 3 additional places available. Accommodation includes two houses with a total of 7 rooms (two 5-bed rooms, two 3-bed rooms, and three 2-bed rooms). Bed linen and towels are provided. The horse ranche “Klajumi” offers a wide range of leisure activities and experiences in the “Daugavas loki” Nature Park. It is a popular and well-liked destination for corporate events and large tourist groups. For visitors, there are 4 houses available on the territory of the “Daugavas loki” Nature Park: “Klajumu klēts māja” (5 places) is a cozy log cabin. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a fireplace, dishes, and other cooking utensils, a shower, and a sauna. On the second floor and in the attic, there are sleeping areas. Next to the house is a picnic area with a log table and benches under an oak tree, a grill and fireplace, swings, and a sandbox. The house is located in the central part of the horse estate, near the horse stable, the Odu walking trail, and the cafe "Klajumu ķēķis", where guests can enjoy delicious homemade meals. Sanitary facilities are located outside the house. “Ķemeri” (8 places + 3 extra) is a spacious house with a large living room, fireplace, bedroom, bathroom (shower with underfloor heating), and kitchen. The house has 4 bedrooms. “Ganiņi” (6 places + 2 extra) is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. Shared sanitary facilities are available. There is also a picnic area. The house is suitable for guests with special needs. “Krasti” (4 places + 2 extra) is located on the banks of the Daugava River, in a forested nook. This small house has an old-world charm. It includes a kitchen with a wood stove, a lounge area, two bedrooms, and bathroom facilities. There is also an antique room and well water. Both houses are ideal for hosting weddings, anniversaries, and other celebrations. The festive atmosphere is enhanced by delicious food and excellent service in the best traditions of Latgalian hospitality. The seminarroom is equipped with all necessary facilities. There are two cottages on the islands of Lake Lejas – “Annas māja” (5 places) and “Artūra māja” (5 places), while “Upes māja” (8 places) is located directly on the lake shore. All cottages are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, romantic, and peaceful stay. The complex features the “Pingvīniņš” sauna with a celebration room for up to 25 people and a large terrace stretching right to the lake. In summer, a large tent is set up on the terrace for guests’ convenience. There is also another sauna on the territory, suitable for small groups or family relaxation. Next to it is a gazebo and a swimming pier. Sauna master services are available upon prior request.

Holiday house "Sidari" offers to relax from the daily rush and have a good time in 2 wooden cottages - "Sonāte" and "Rota". The cottage "Sonāte" has 2 bedrooms (for 8 people), a living room with fireplace, kitchen, WiFi, and a shower with WC. Guests have access to grill, deckchairs, fireplace, arbor. The cottage "Rota" is suitable for 4 people. It is a brand new, one-story wooden house with all amenities. The house has a double bed, a pull-out sofa, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment.
