The construction of Daugavpils Multifunctional Sports Center started in January, 2008. The Sports Center, which is being built by request of "Daugavpils Olympic Center" Ltd., is the biggest closed type construction in all Latgale region. The newly built Sports Hall has significant functional and visual differences from similar profile construction objects in Latvia and is one of the brightest architectural buildings in the city. The construction works are financed by the Latvian Olympic Committee and Daugavpils Municipality.
You are welcome to use 25 m swimming pool with 6 lanes, depth 1.35 m – 1.85 m and 12 m x 6 m small swimming pool, depth 0,95 mю For relaxation the excellent solution is the spa zone which additionally offers the sauna, steam bath and massage baths to combine with a refreshing swim. You can learn to swim or develop your swimming skills attending the swimming pool complex offered swimming lessons. The program is suitable for all age groups: from children to adults.We offer swimming pool rent possibilities for enterprises and individual events.

Aerobics hall of the Daugavpils Olympic Center is suitable for various kinds of sport activities, such as ballet and sport dance classes, aerobics trainings and horeography. The hall is fitted with Canadian mapple Robbins Bio-Cushion floating system. For the purpose of dance sessions, the wall of the hall is fitted with the ballet bar and high quality mirrors. The hall is equipped with air conditioning system and music center.
The specialised fencing hall of the Daugavpils Olympic Center is an unique hall in all Baltic States, equipped according to the requirements of International Fencing Federation. It is suitable for training and competition process for fencers of different levels. The fencing hall is equipped with 10 specialised fencing lanes (6 for trainings and 4 for competitions).
